Terms of Service

Last updated October 7, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and [Company name] (“Plurary”, “we”) for using plurary.com. By creating an account or using Plurary you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use Plurary.

1. What Plurary is

Plurary lets you keep lists of the things you watch, play, read, listen to, cook or collect: add entries, rate them, write notes, and share a tracker with a link. Titles, covers and other details are looked up from third-party services (such as TMDB, IGDB, Open Library and others credited on the site). Those services aren't run by us and don't endorse Plurary.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • Give a real email address and keep your password (and two-factor codes, if you use them) to yourself. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
  • One person per account. Accounts can't be sold or transferred.
  • You can delete your account at any time in Settings. This permanently deletes your trackers, entries, share links, uploaded photos and profile.

3. Free and Premium

Plurary is free to use with some limits (for example, the number and types of trackers and entries). Premium removes those limits and adds extra features, such as more tracker types, the yearly recap, photo uploads, direct streaming links and letting visitors suggest entries on your share links. The current limits and features are shown in the app.

Price and billing

  • Premium costs €2.90 per month or €29.90 per year, including VAT where it applies, unless a different price is shown when you subscribe.
  • Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for.
  • If we change the price, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.

Refunds

If you're not happy with Premium, email support@plurary.com within 14 days of a payment and we'll refund it in full. After that, payments aren't refunded, but you can cancel so you aren't charged again. This doesn't limit any rights you have under consumer law.

If you go back to Free

Nothing you created is deleted. Anything over the Free limits stays visible, but you can't add more until you're within them again, and Premium-only features stop (for example, share links become view-only).

4. Your content

You own what you add to Plurary: your lists, ratings, notes, custom fields and photos. You give us permission to store, copy and display it only as needed to run Plurary for you, including showing it to anyone you send a share link to. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account (except for copies kept for a short time in backups).

Don't add content that:

  • you don't have the right to use (for example, photos that belong to someone else);
  • is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or promotes violence;
  • contains other people's personal information without their permission;
  • contains malware or links meant to deceive people.

We can remove content that breaks these rules, and may suspend accounts that repeatedly do.

5. Share links

A share link lets anyone who has it view that tracker, including notes you've chosen to show. On Premium, visitors can also suggest entries, which you approve or reject. Only share links with people you trust, and turn a link off in the share window if it gets out. Turning it off makes the old link stop working immediately.

6. Fair use

Please don't:

  • try to get around plan limits, rate limits or security, or access other people's data;
  • scrape, copy or resell Plurary or the data it shows from third-party services;
  • overload the service (for example, with automated requests) or use it to send spam;
  • use Plurary in a way that breaks the law or these terms.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Plurary running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Information from third-party services (such as where a title is streaming, prices or series totals) can be incomplete or out of date. We may change, add or remove features. If we make a change that significantly affects Premium, we'll tell you in advance.

8. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Plurary and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. Where reasonable we'll warn you first and give you a chance to fix it. If we close a paid account for reasons other than a breach of these terms, we'll refund the unused part of your subscription. If we ever shut Plurary down, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice so you can save your data.

9. Liability

Plurary is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by third-party services, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll let you know by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using Plurary after that, the new terms apply; if you don't agree, you can delete your account.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Portugal. If you live in the EU, you also keep the protection of the consumer laws of your own country, and you can bring a claim in your local courts. Please contact us first; most things can be sorted out quickly.
